Sometimes users report having the badgeid missing on the Production floor interface screen. And they cannot edit it.

Solution: Navigate to System administration > Users > users > Pick the User > Click to Open user details Form > There will be a field called: PERSON. Make sure his userid is selected there. Make sure Enabled checkbox beside that is enabled as well. This should resolve the issue for the issue.

Next time he opens the Production floor execution screen, he can see Badgeid populated.
