In Ax 2012 when you right on a field dropdown where the values are coming from a table , we have an option called View Details. And When you click on View Details > It opens that Form where you can see the Data. There you can add or delete values.

But when you right Click on a Field where you have a dropdown where data is coming from another form in D365 you wont see the “View Details” option.

How to get the “View Details” option? in D365

Generally we right click on the field value box.
